Our Store is located 139 km's north of Prince George, then 1 km up Carp Lake Road, which is the entrance to beautiful Carp Lake Provincial Park. We believe that Carp Lake has the best fishing waters in the central interior, and is famous for its rainbow trout. There are 102 fully maintained campsites, and an interpretive trail that describes the aboriginal travel route to Fort McLeod.
Our facilities are Handicap access, and we have washroom facilities.

McLeod Lake Indian Band would like to invite you to come out and visit its newly constructed Ah'da (Tse'khene for Eagle) Centre. The Ah'da Centre reflects McLeod Lake Indian Band's proud Tse'khene culture, heritage and committment to progress in our community. It is the home of the Tse'khene Food & Fuel Ltd. store, Ah'da Hotel, Little Teapot Cafe, future home for our volunteer fire department, and bay areas for our Forestry and Public Works departments.
Tse'khene Food & Fuel Ltd. is a Tobacco and Fuel Retailer catering to both status and non status customers. The covered gas bar has two gas pumps, four diesel pumps and the convenience store offers grocery, convenience and environmentally friendly products for sale. As we continue to grow, we look forward to collaborating with local artists who would like to sell their artwork in the store.
Early in the New Year 2017, the Little Teapot Cafe will be ready to serve breakfast and lunch and will include healthy options with home-cooked flavours. It will be in strict compliance with the Food Premise Regulation of B.C. When we have completed the Ah'da Hotel, it is going to be a home away from home! There are four hotel rooms; two rooms will be double occupancy with two double beds in each, and two rooms will be single occupancy with King size beds in each.
Please come in and say hi... and for every fuel purchase over $25.00 you can enjoy an amazing cup of Spirit Bear Coffee free!
There was an idea...that idea became a dream...and that dream became a plan. Who began the conversation would be like asking what came first, the chicken or the egg. Build a gas station, in our own community with our people managing and running it. "Let's do it!" said the community...and the Tse'khene Community Development Corporation put the plan into action.
Our little store and gas station opened it's doors to customers in April of 2014. Construction of our new building, the Ah'da Centre began in the fall of 2015.
Today the Ah'da Centre is substantially completed, and in the next three months we look forward to our Public Works and Forestry departments moving into their new space. We are also looking forward to our Fire Hall being completed and our volunteer fire fighting crew moving into their new space.
