The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) issued its Recommendation Report for the Project on January 30, 2026. A decision on the Project certificate is expected by early April 2026. If approved, construction is anticipated to begin later in 2026. In preparation, Westcoast has established an online Employee Interest Form for Indigenous candidates who wish to be considered for contractor employment opportunities.
