MLIB GENERAL ELECTION MAIL-IN VOTING NOW LIVE
Mail-in ballot voting is now live. All the information necessary to complete your vote is in the MLIB Election Package. Mail-in ballots will be accepted from May 5, 2026, to June 5, 2026. As outlined in MLIB 2026 General Election Voting Package, mail-in ballots are to be sent directly to the electoral officer. His contact information is as follows:

Call-in voting is now live from May 5 to June 5, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. All the information necessary to complete your vote is in the MLIB Election Package.

MLIB GENERAL ELECTION ONLINE VOTING NOW LIVE
Online Voting is now live. All the information necessary to complete your vote is in the MLIB Election Package. Online voting is available for members from May 5th to June 5th, 2026, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
How to Vote Online (Step-by-Step Guide)
Step 1: Go to the Voting Website: https://mlib.isivote.com/
Open the voting link provided to you. Click “Continue” to begin.
Step 2: Complete the Security Check
Enter the characters shown on the screen.
If anything is unclear, please refresh it or use the audio option.
Step 3: Enter Your PIN
Type in your unique PIN from your Voter Instruction letter. Click Continue/Login.
Step 4: Review Welcome Screen. Read the information provided. Proceed to your ballot.
Step 5: Make Your Selections
Carefully read each ballot.
Select your preferred candidate(s) or option(s).
Scrutineer Form
Step 6: Confirm Your Vote Review your selection.
Click: “Vote Now” to submit OR “Return to Ballot” to make changes
Step 7: Vote is Recorded
You will see a confirmation that your vote has been successfully submitted.
Step 8: Complete All Ballots
Repeat the same steps for each ballot until finished. (If you do not complete the entire ballot’s on the
website, you will need to contact either Jennifer Simms or Hope Mckellar to provide their pin # to complete all ballots on the website)
Step 9: Review Summary Screen
Check that all your votes are submitted.
You can return to this page anytime during the voting period.

Keep your PIN confidential.
Once you click “Vote Now”, your selection is final. Make sure to complete all ballots before exiting.

LOCATION: Tse’Khene Business Centre 1570 3rd, Prince George, BC
Please bring an acceptable form of I.D. such as CIS or SCIS status cards, photo I.D, health cards, firearm licences, passports, driver’s licences, birth certificates, provincial health cards, and student ID, employment I.D.
