All information packages will be sent to every member who will be 19 years of age on voting day and for whom the band has an address. Voting by way of a mail-in ballot is possible. A mail-in voting package shall be sent to each member who does not reside on reserve and for whom the Band Office has an address. For members who live on the reserve but are not able to vote in person on the General Voting Day, please phone the Ratification Officer so that a mail-in voting package can be provided to you.
Identification is required by all members to cast a ballot. Please bring ID with you to the polling station. If you have no ID, you be vouched for by another member.

The votes will be counted at the McLeod Lake Administrative Building immediately following the close of the Polling Station on November 25, 2016. All members are invited to attend the counting of the ballots. The results will be announced after this count has been completed.
